Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with Throughline Golf. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a confirmation email. We may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if a price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud — and if we do, we refund you in full.

Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and include free shipping within the United States. We can change prices at any time, but never after you've placed an order. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we'll contact you before charging you.

Products

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including what they do not do. Colours and details can vary slightly from the images on screen. The training aids we sell are practice tools; they are not a substitute for coaching, and we make no claim that they will improve your scores.

Safety

These products contain low-power lasers. Do not look directly into the beam, do not point it at anyone's eyes, and keep them away from children. Use them in a space where a swung club cannot hit a person, a window, or anything else you'd rather not replace.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or to this site is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Your account and conduct

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under it. Don't use this site to break the law, and don't attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it.

Intellectual property

The text, images, and design on this site belong to Throughline Golf. You're welcome to share links to it. Please don't copy our product photography or copy for commercial use.

How we handle your data is set out in our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Throughline Golf operates.

We may update these terms. The version published here when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
