Refund policy

30-day returns

If the lasers aren't for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return. Items need to be in re-sellable condition with the batteries and any tripod included.

If it arrives damaged or faulty

Send us a photo through our contact form within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund it — your choice. You won't need to send a faulty unit back.

Refunds

Once your return is received we refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank it can take a few days more to appear on your statement.

Original shipping isn't refunded unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong thing.

Return shipping

Ours if the item was faulty, wrongly sent, or not as described. Yours if you simply changed your mind.

Cancellations

Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we can usually stop it before it ships. After it ships, treat it as a return.

How to start a return

Use our contact form with your order number and a sentence about what's wrong. We'll reply within one business day with what to do next. There's no form to fill in and no restocking fee.
