The 90-day make-it-stick guarantee

Practise with the lasers for 90 days. If the lesson still isn't sticking — or you simply don't get on with them — tell us and we'll refund you in full.

You don't need to send anything back. Return postage would cost more than the kit is worth to us, and making you queue at the post office to prove a point isn't a guarantee, it's an obstacle. Keep the lasers, or pass them to someone at your club who might get on with them better.

One guarantee refund per customer, on orders placed directly with us. We're trusting you here, and we'd rather do that than write three paragraphs of conditions.

If it arrives damaged or faulty

Send us a photo through our contact form and we'll replace it or refund it — your choice, and it doesn't count against the guarantee above. You won't need to send a faulty unit back either.

Refunds

Once we've confirmed your refund we send it to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank it can take a few days more to appear on your statement.

Shipping was free, so there's nothing to deduct.

Cancellations

Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we can usually stop it before it ships. After it ships, the guarantee covers you anyway.

How to start a refund

Use our contact form with your order number and a sentence about what happened. We'll reply within one business day. There's no form to fill in, no restocking fee, and nobody will ask you to justify yourself.
