Where we ship

United States only, for now.

How long it takes

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Delivery then takes about 8 to 11 business days, so plan on 10–13 business days from order to doorstep. Shipping is free on every US order.

We would rather tell you that plainly than promise two-day shipping and disappoint you. Our lasers ship direct from the manufacturer, which is a large part of why a two-laser kit costs $89 instead of $150.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email once your order leaves the facility. Tracking can take a couple of days to start updating — that's normal, and it doesn't mean the parcel is lost.

The Full Swing + Putting Kit

The kit contains two devices, and they occasionally ship in separate parcels that arrive a day or two apart. If only one has turned up after 13 business days, get in touch.

Customs and duties

We ship within the United States only, and all import costs are already included in what you pay. You will not be asked for anything at the door. In the unlikely event you are, send us the paperwork through our contact form and we'll refund it.

Wrong address?

Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we can usually correct it before the order ships. After that we'll do what we can, but we can't guarantee it.
